Usage Instructions:
Please read chart carefully.
Dosing for Children:

Notes:
High potency, vitamins, chelated minerals, amino acids, a broad spectrum of antioxidants, digestive enzymes and more replace a dozen supplements in one convenient formula. Compare our ingredients with all of the other supplements in your cabinet; you may find many of them to be unnecessary now.
Supplementation with this product is not necessary and not recommended prior to workouts unless at least a 3-hour window exists between consumption of the product and the beginning of the workout. We highly recommend taking Premium Insurance Caps immediately following exercise with Recoverite as the body is most receptive to what you consume at this time. The vitamins and minerals will help replenish what was depleted during the exercise and the antioxidant properties will help neutralize free radicals for reduced muscle soreness.

Complementary Nutrients
Bioperine™ – A trademarked standardized extract from the fruit of Piper nigrum (black pepper) or Piper longum (long pepper). Research has shown Bioperine™ significantly enhances nutrient absorption.
Pepsin – A digestive enzyme helps breakdown protein, pepsin is also necessary for the proper absorption of vitamin B12.
Bromelain – An enzyme derived from pineapple, bromelain supports healthy digestion and possesses anti-inflammatory properties.
Papain – An enzyme derived from papaya, papain supports healthy digestion and also has antioxidant and immune system supportive properties.
Phosphatidyl Serine – Also known simply as “PS,” Phosphatidyl Serine is a phospholipid that contains both amino acids and fatty acids. It is vital for the maintenance of all cellular function, especially in the brain. It also plays a role in the regulation of the stress hormone cortisol.
PABA (para-amino benzoic acid) – PABA is a B-complex vitamin that plays in the formation of red blood cells. It is also a potent neutralizer of singlet molecular oxygen, a free radical that is a common byproduct of metabolism. PABA’s free radical neutralization is a most powerful effect because it retards collagen cross-linking, and promotes flexibility and healthy cell structures and membranes.
Quercetin – A water-soluble flavonoid typically found in onions, apples, leafy vegetables, and other food sources. Quercetin has both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Phosphatidyl Choline – A phospholipid bound to a choline particle. Phosphatidyl Choline supports brain health and liver function, and helps to keep cholesterol levels in check.
Inositol – Also known as vitamin B8, inositol’s main role is to support the efficient metabolism of amino acids. It is also an important part of the citric acid cycle—the series of chemical reactions which enables the body to create energy from food and oxygen.
Betaine HCL – The combination of betaine and hydrochloric acid. It is a powerful natural occurring digestive enzyme, which helps the breakdown and absorption of vitamin B12, iron, calcium, and other nutrients.
Citrus Bioflavonoids – Working in tandem with vitamin C, citrus bioflavonoids have potent antioxidant properties and support healthy blood vessel function.
Proprietary Enzyme Blend (protease, amylase, glucoamylase, lipase, cellulase, phytase, maltase, and sucrose) – A blend of various digestive aids to ensure maximum nutrient absorption.
